- Must include a valid original purchase order number from shop.TStarUSA.com. Purchases made outside of Shpe.TStarUSA.com must contact respective seller for returns. information@tstarusa.com
- Returned products must be in their original unopened packaging without any missing contents or else it will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
- For all returns, the shipping and handling will be deducted from total store credit refund.
